Program Overview

The course will explore culinary traditions that are unique to Peru, from its Inca heritage to its modern blending of native produce and

restaurants, and global cuisine. Then we will travel to Cusco and immerse ourselves in the traditional food and traditions of the indigenous people,

“New Seven Wonders of the World.”
